The National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) Zone E (North-East) has congratulated Mubarak Hamisu Barakbisa, Director of City Boy Movement in Gombe State, on his appointment as Director of Youth and Students of the Gombe State APC Campaign Council.

In a congratulatory message signed by the Zonal Coordinator, Comrade Muazu Hina, the student body described the appointment as a well-deserved recognition of his dedication, commitment, organisational capacity and consistent contributions to youth mobilisation and political development in the state.

NANS Zone E expressed confidence that Barakbisa’s experience in youth engagement, grassroots mobilisation and political coordination would significantly strengthen the participation of young people and students in the campaign council.

The association particularly acknowledged the importance of appointing capable young leaders to strategic positions where they can contribute meaningfully to political participation and democratic development.

According to the statement, Barakbisa’s appointment would further advance the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu by creating greater opportunities for youth involvement in the political process.

“We believe that Mubarak’s appointment will further strengthen the relationship between the campaign council and the student community while creating opportunities for greater youth participation in the political process,” Hina said.

The Coordinator congratulated Barakbisa on the achievement and wished him wisdom, strength and success in the discharge of his responsibilities.
